Oluwole Olaleye is a licensed FIFA Football Agent with 15 years extensive experience, focused on developing local talent into professional football players and sports champions. He who started his career in Nigeria possesses a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Global Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. Further enhancing his profile, he holds Canadian certificates in Supply Chain Management & Logistics and Broadcasting and Media Communications. His diverse expertise, coupled with a FIFA Safeguard barge makes him a well-rounded and distinguished professional in the football and sports industry.

Oluwaseun Falola is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of years of multidisciplinary experience spanning business analysis, stakeholder engagement, agile project delivery, and digital strategy. As a certified SAFe® Scrum Master and accomplished business analyst, he has consistently driven enterprise transformation through cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and performance-focused execution.

Grounded in a strong academic foundation in Sociology, Oluwaseun applies socio-sport psychology to enhance team dynamics and individual performance—an approach shaped by his passion for football as an amateur soccer player. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and results, blending human insight with agile methodology.

In parallel, Oluwaseun is a strategic marketing and business development expert with proven proficiency in digital engagement.
