Liverpool are reportedly keeping a close eye on Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton, with the 22-year-old expected to leave Selhurst Park within the next two transfer windows.
The Reds have admired Wharton for some time but opted to strengthen other areas of the squad during the summer. Newcastle United are also monitoring the midfielder’s situation ahead of a possible January move.
Could Adam Wharton be the next young English midfielder to make the move to a Premier League giant?
